We believe in fast and easy! That's why we have made the process of ordering your chair covers as fast and easy as possible. For your convenience, all orders can be placed online. Should you require a little more help or have a few questions, you can chat with a Dress My Chairs team member online or call our office directly at (800) 661-1168 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. 

When you are ready to place your order follow these easy steps and your chair covers will arrive at your doorstep in no time. 

Samples & Swatches

Prior to placing your order with Dress My Chairs we recommend ordering samples. You can receive a sample of our chair cover fabric and sash fabrics at no charge by contacting our office. If you would like a full sample chair cover there is a charge of $20 per chair cover (this price includes shipping). You can order a sample chair cover by calling our office. 

All samples and swatches are shipped via USPS priority mail and take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please order your samples at least 6 weeks prior to your event date to insure timely arrival and allow enough time to place your order according to our 2 week cut off policy. We are unable to provide rush orders on samples and or swatches. 

Ordering Online

Placing your order with Dress My Chairs has never been easier. Follow these simple steps to reserve your order:

  1. Event Date: Dress My Chairs accepts rental orders online for events that are three weeks or more out. If your event is in less then three weeks please place your order by phone by calling (800) 661-1168.

  2. Order Minimum: Dress My Chairs requires a minimum order of 50 chair covers. You are not required to order sashes however if you choose to do so there is a minimum order of 50. We have a massive chair cover and sash inventory of over 1,000 chair covers and sashes per color and style so we can accommodate multiple events of almost any size.

  3. Rental Agreement: You will notice when placing your order an item titled "Rental Agreement" is automatically added to your cart. This is a required item and is needed to finalize your order. Once your order is placed you will receive an e-mail from Dress My Chairs with a link allowing you to download our rental agreement. Once received, print out this agreement, read it carefully, sign and date it and fax it back to our office within 48 hours. Once received by our office you will receive an e-mail from Dress My Chairs stating your order is confirmed. We will contact you by phone if we have any questions regarding your order.

  4. Receiving Your Order: Your order will arrive one-two days prior to your event date and are ready to be placed on chairs. Char covers do arrive folded however we use a special folding technique that reduces wrinkles. You do have the option to have your chair covers hard pressed, startched and flat packed so they arrive crease free. 
Returning Your Order

Rentals do not include return shipping. This allows you to select the least expensive option for mailing back your chair covers. Many customer elect to use UPS however you can use UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. based on which ever method is most convenient for you. If you wish, you can elect to pre-pay your return shipping and we will include a pre-paid return label in your box. Simply place this label on the boxes after your event and ship them back.
